About this deal

Taking care of your Wiser connectivity, the Wiser Plug can help to enhance the signal between your devices. If the bike is not running right a throttle balance and TPS is the way to go then a Guzzidiag map if still not happy. I wouldn't think the air temp sensor and its interpretation would be much more sophisticated and it may have knock on effects to other aspects of the map.

Wise Game Booster doesn't perform miracles, but will help squeeze every bit of performance out of your system and get games running more smoothly by ending these irrelevant programs and services it detected. But with so many different controls on the market, it can be confusing to understand exactly what these products do, and which will be the best for your home. Its a cheaper alternative to a power commander that uses a resistor in the Ambient Intake Temperature (AIT) sensor to trick the ECU into adding more fuel (6%) to the map because it thinks it's cooler than it really is.

BoosterPlug - Tuning your Motorcycle Fuel Injection

Thanks Pete, I've decided to take everyone's advice and go with Guzzidiag, I'm just having trouble locating the download and cables, + I'm on limited computer time right now. The BoosterPlug propaganda suggests that they have compensated for this and come with another air temp sensor to provide a reference reading. Leave the 'did I switch that off' panic at the door with the easy status check of a plugged-in appliance.I was also wondering too if anyone has bothered to go "the whole hog" and actually install a/f gauge to also monitor the effectiveness of booster plug in real time.

I read it in one sitting and found it detailed enough to satisfy my demand for facts, and not too technical to follow and understand. I've been looking at all the different ways to improve air:fuel mixture and smooth out the low end performance on my bike. The too lean air/fuel mixture on the standard bike will make idle and low speed running weak, and the throttle action will be horribly on/off like. The small controlled fuel enrichment with the BoosterPlug will solve the common fuel injection problems and make your motorcycle easier and safer to ride. No man I completely understand I’m the same way, I’ll hear a strange noise and I’m like what in the heck is that?Quote from: sign216 on April 05, 2015, 04:39:56 PM I made a DIY version using a diode to reduce the voltage going to the O2 sensor. There seems to be a huge amount of debate around the effectiveness of booster plugs online with a lot of people saying they don't work on bikes with more modern ecu's. The problem with interfering with the air temperature sensor is that it is only one of a number of sensors that influence the ecu so in isolation it will not help much. I won't be doing anything until it's due for a first service, in the mean time I'll be hunting down all the needed tools and such to do the job right. Come join the discussion about performance, modifications, classifieds, maintenance, troubleshooting, and more!
