Get a proper Y000 driver, don't use Y00 as someone suggested. Don't use hot glue. Rubber bands do sometimes work but they won't in this case because the screw is too small and the driver will poke right through the rubber band with the application of any pressure.

If you keep trying to drive a Y000 screw with a tool that doesn't grab well you'll strip the top of the screw and then you'll need to find a way to make a straight groove in the top which will allow you to remove the screw with a tiny slotted driver (flat head). There are a ton of problems that can arise as a result of this. Metal flakes can get lodged in between surface-mount components and do more damage to the device. Also you could slip and cause more damage. Etc.
