It comes with plastic dividers for the 4x6 side, and Rolodex style labels/dividers to further aid in organization. Not terribly well-made, though; the plastic tabs that secure the lid are very thin, and not likely to withstand years of repeated opening and closing. Since they are going in the closet I don't mind too much but a more contemporary design would be great.
